Independent labour union for maintenance and other employees

We are a modern, strong and very progressive independent labour union founded in early 2016. At the beginning, there were several final assembly maintenance staff who were not satisfied with the employment of T.P.C.A. Currently, we associate several hundred members across T.P.C.A, regardless of their job title.

Our labour union is an association of employees founded to promote their work, economic, social and other interests. We are here for all T.P.C.A employees. and we are ready to act, defend and promote the rights of employees in the automotive industry.
